Our Best Circuit
PROCEDIMENTS; All the process from the begining to the end.
-HOW WE DID THE GROUPS:
Our group was formed by the teacher.
We did the activities of the groups randomly looking at all groups had a similar number of students.
-DISTRIBUTION OF THE GROUPS
We split the session in three stations, two teachers for each station, all the exercises had the same duration of time and the same times of repetition.
-DIFFICULTIES
In the first, we were going to have a session of warm up (play games) but we begin the class late so we directly start to the exercises.
In the part to make the groups, we counted the class by counting us too because we didn’t remember that we weren’t going to do the activities so the list that we did didn’t serve for nothing.
The idea was one of us will control the time and will shout to organized the time and so that all the stations is doing the same level, but in the other station there were more exercises than the other, so the other stations had to wait.
-AVALUATION
We avaluated with points and we put “sufficient”, “good”, “very good”and “excellent” and when the student have the total points, if that points is excellent, we will avaluate it excellent.
MUSCLE EXERCISES
WHAT DID WE LEARN DOING THIS WORK?
Throughout this work we have learned several things:
- We’ve learned muscular exercises with their muscles. And we have learnt some exercises well done too.
- New vocabulary in English (name of muscles and material used to perform the exercises) and we practiced English.
- To behave as teachers, prepare and take a physical education class.
- To organize ourselves because we had to distribute the work as best we could achieve.
- We could also say that having to have the work done and prepared for a particular day has helped us to be somewhat responsible.
